ECQ Baby Haul 2020 Part 1
ECQ Baby Haul 2020 Part 1
Time flies and I am now on Third Trimester! I've been so stress and anxious lately because of the pandemic we're all going through right now. All stores are closed and we didn't know how we can buy baby essentials and baby clothes during this ECQ(Enhanced Community Quarantine) and it's been 3 months now since it is started. Thankfully some online stores and couriers are now opening and processing orders/parcel not only in Manila but also to provincial area(Not all province area are open for deliveries, better ask the seller first).

So I'm sharing to you momshies what online stores I usually ordered the products and a review for my transactions with them. Also a review for the courier I experienced during this ECQ. Please do take note that my experienced with the courier will be differ to you, depends on your location. My location is Bataan.

Before ordering this stuff, I already have a list and a breakdown of what we need to buy. Of course I read a lot of reviews too and a lot of comparisons from price to satisfaction of a product. It needs to be worth buying and a really good investment 😊

Note: All mentioned brands/stores are not sponsored and I only give my honest review.

1. Babysavers
ECQ Baby Haul 2020 Part 1
My husband and I already have planned to buy this crib before the country's lockdown. Thankfully babysavers opened their store again to deliver to all parents who needs baby essentials and stuffs. I am so happy that their cribs are included in available items. They only cater orders through website only because they received a lot of inquiries in Facebook and Instagram. They have few staffs that are working, so for now they only entertain orders coming from their website. I ordered the crib in their website without messaging them in Facebook as I know they can't accommodate me.

My husband loves the cradle system. This is what he likes the most. Haha! The crib also has a storage at the bottom where you can put other baby essentials like diapers, oils etc.,  I love how useful this crib and how excellent the quality of the wood that was used.

Review:
After completing my order in their website you will receive an email saying you need to reply your proof of payment on their message. All details are there with the order number. Within 24 hours they will reply their confirmation of your payment and when they will ship the item. I paid via bpi online transfer. They replied their confirmation of my payment the same day. They called the next morning to ask what is the gender of our baby for the beddings and I said I want a unisex print.

They delivered the crib the next day! I was so amazed how fast the shipping. They shipped it in the morning and I received the crib in the afternoon. We're so very happy with our transaction with them. If you're in Manila area you can pick-up the item in their store via Lalamove or Grab or if you have your own car you can pick it up in their store itself.

Shipping fee is Php2,100 because the crib was huge and the courier is LBC. A bit pricey but we're okay as long as we received it without damages and delays😊

I also ordered an extra bedding. Price is Php1,499. It's a non-reversible comforter with pillows and pillowcase.

The crib doesn't have a mattress because their supplier was closed.

UPDATED THIS MAY2020: They can now deliver via Victory Liner cargo. Chat them for more details🙂

2. Babystore
During ECQ, my problem is I don't know where to order essentials like tiny buds brand for laundry powders, oils etc, and Baby Moby brand for cotton balls, wipes etc., because they(the brand itself) are not open for provincial delivery. I recently found this brands from influencers who were pregnant also and anne curtis feed because she was also pregnant.

I'm going to create a separate blog for Tinybuds and Baby Moby brand.

Thankfully I found this store via facebook sponsored post(facebook knows what I need😂)  and I'm glad that they have Tinybuds and Babymoby products. I can also pay less shipping fee because I can order them in one at a time. They process delivery to provincial area via LBC courier and pick up in Metro Manila. I ordered via their website.

I have two batch order from them:
ECQ Baby Haul 2020 Part 1
On their website, the shipping fee I paid was Php350 and then they contacted me through viber for the payment confirmation and they told me that there's an additional shipping fee payment for bulk orders(I paid additional 295). They sent me the receipt from courier for the proof.

Second Batch(w/ direct link):
This batch was delivered via JRS maybe because it was a bulk order and to pay cheaper in shipping fee. I paid Php400 only for the shipping.

I am so happy because all items on my list are on their website, they even have newborn clothes. I didn't buy Baby Moby products here because it easily sold out and I don't know when they will restock the items.

I found in Instagram the Nappi Baby and Swaddies brand. Nappi products such as muslin swaddles, handkerchiefs, blankets etc., are made of 100% organic Bamboo, OEKO-TEK certified in Germany, natural and eco-friendly. I love the products that was made in Bamboo because of it's ultra soft and breathable for baby's skin. Will post a separate blog for this brand when I already using it.

Swaddies water absorbent bed mat is really a must have! Especially if you want to protect your mattress from unwanted stains and save time for washing the whole sheets. It is made from a 6-layer pure absorbent cotton gauze with anti-skid rubber guards at the back. Ideal for potty training for toddlers, protection mat for adults who underwent operation/surgery, elderly adults who have urinary incompetence and many more🥰 They offer other products too aside these bed mats like muslin cloth, hooded onesies etc.,
Take note that this is a Water Absorbent not Water-proof😉

Review:
I ordered these items via their website. Their standard shipping fee is Php350 and there will be an additional payment if it is a bulk order. After checking out in their website you will be directing to a page where you need to upload your proof of payment which is very helpful and user-friendly. Just in case you accidentally exit your browser, don't worry because it will automatically send to your email where you can upload your proof of payment. After I uploaded my proof of payment they messaged me in viber for the confirmation along with an email. They also sent me a picture of my orders before shipping out(thumbs up!). And then they will send you the receipt of the courier to tell you how much is the additional fee for shipping. For my first order it was LBC pick up. It arrived 3 days on the pick up branch.

My second order was delivered by JRS. It arrived 3 days after shipping. Door-to-door.

3. BeautyMNL
This store has been my go-to online store for my essentials because of how fast they process the orders especially when you were around Manila, you'll get your order the next day. So I tried to order for baby essentials here since they posted on their social media accounts that they priority orders for important essentials like vitamins, baby products etc.,

Here are the list of my orders:
ECQ Baby Haul 2020 Part 1
Shipping fee is free. I didn't pay any for the shipping fee.

But right after I ordered, I read a lot of bad reviews through comments on their social media accounts about how long they received their orders during this ECQ time. Some of them almost 2 months since they ordered and still they didn't received their parcel because of the courier. Ninjavan is their only operating third-party courier who can deliver outside Manila and Ninjavan has a lot of bad reviews today on ECQ because of their bad service and they didn't deliver on the said date for so many reasons.

Review:
I ordered last April 28. They confirmed my payment on April 30(I actually reminded them to confirm it because their app will automatically cancel my order if they didn't confirm tho I'm already paid via BPI) with the same date they also tell me that they are now processing my order. After 3 days I contacted their customer service about the status of my order and I told them that my orders are all baby essentials and I need it as much as possible, I need them to prioritize it. They answered quickly on my email and telling me that they'll promise to prioritize my orders and telling sorry that my orders will take longer because they've just recently resume their operation. May 06 they shipped my orders via Ninjavan courier.

I'm so stressed to Ninjavan because their operation is not running! It's so slow! May 14 the courier called me telling me if it's okay to  me to delivery my parcel the next morning because for some reason so I said yes. But they didn't deliver the next day!! So I contacted the number who called me what was happened and he said he's sorry because that day was his off. What? Okay?? So I said I hope to receive it as soon as possible. And they delivered it on May 20. From May 06 to May 20. Hahaha. Wow😂😂

But I'm impressed of how Beautymnl packed my orders. Bubble wrap was double or triple, they really make sure that it will delivered to me without damage since I worry about the fabric softener might spill in the box.

I actually love Beautymnl service because this is not my first time to order and they deliver really fast. Maybe because of today's situation, some of their staffs are still at home and not working due to this pandemic. But still thankful that I received my orders within the month of May.

4. Shopee
I hesitate to order in Shopee because of the delivery status during the ECQ. But since I read some reviews that they received the item early despite this ECQ time, I tried to order also some baby clothes especially 'baruan' or all-white clothes for newborn babies because I still don't have any clothes for our little one. All stores are closed. Luckily it's a 5.5 sale and the shipping fee is free(depends on your address and quantity of orders)😉

ECQ Baby Haul 2020 Part 1
I ordered to this store for baby all white clothes. Here is the list:
12pcs Curity Lampin = Php269
4 pairs of plain white mittens = Php9 each
4 Lucky CJ Newborn Short Medium = Php33 each wholesale
5 Lucky CJ Newborn Shortsleeves tie side = Php33 each wholesale
5 Lucky CJ Newborn Sleeveless tie side = Php32 each wholesale
3 Plain Colored Onesies = Php255(85 each)
Name of store: shopee.ph/michaella1031
Location: Cabanatuan City, NuevaC Ecija

It's very cheap but the quality of the clothes are 100% cotton which is a really good deal. I paid Php95 shipping fee(less Php60 from voucher) and I used my coins to more lessen the total price. The seller sent me a message after confirming my order to warn me about the delay delivery and when the courier will pick up the item. She also sent me a photo of my items before shipping out. I received the package 3 days after shipping. Thanks to J&T courier for a very fast delivery and the seller for always on active if you have any questions👍

ECQ Baby Haul 2020 Part 1
My second order is this trolley that I've been looking for the past week. I will used this to store my baby essentials and it will really helpful for me because I can drag this to anywhere I want. It's so pricey in furniture shops and in other brands that I saw on Instagram. Thankfully I saw this in Shopee in a very cheap price with a lot of good reviews. I received the package along with my baby clothes that I ordered in the other shop. Their courier is also J&T. All parts are in good condition and I super looove this trolley! Bought it for Php1,248 with Php210 shipping fee(with Php150 discount). I received it 3 days after shipping along with my baby clothes order.

I also ordered this collapsible basin to this store. I'll use this for my baby bath time and laundry time. What I love here is I can store it in a narrow place like the bath tub I ordered. We can also keep this in our travel bag if we're going to travel. Available colors are: Violet, Pink and Blue. Sizes that you can choose is Small, Medium and Big. Price range is Php81 to Php243. I received it 3 days after shipping via J&T courier😊
Name of store: Locaupin Philippines
Location: Binondo, Metro Manila

I hope this blog helps to all mommies out there who were looking also to buy baby essentials during this pandemic. Stay tuned for my Part 2 of Baby Haul where I will share more essentials and clothes for our little one. Stay safe everyone! And don't forget to disinfect first before opening your parcels😉

Tips when buying baby things: List all down first the needs for your baby before buying(with price) to see the breakdown of your budget. Always find an alternative option or compare in other products with the same used and choose which is a good investment and that you can used for a long time up to your next child.
