If you've been following my Instagram especially my Instagram History you already know that I already started my 30 Days Challenge last January 08,2018. Because I receive a messages a lot about my workout that I do last year 2017. I'd lost a weight for about 4 kg. 49kg to 45.7 kg now. And for this 2018 I want to advocate about how you should treat your body well. That we should be healthy atleast. And it's not too late for that especially if you are still young.
